Ingenia Gardens boasts three seniors independent living communities located within the suburbs of Grovedale and St Albans Park in Geelong. Ingenia Gardens Geelong incorporates two back-to-back communities situated on Townsend Road, St Albans Park while, Ingenia Gardens Grovedale can be found on Church Street, Grovedale, just 6km away.

All three boutique communities are overseen by their own dedicated Community Manager who take care of the day-to-day operations of their community. All locations offer the same home designs, community facilities and resident benefits programs. Our Geelong communities enjoy the conveniece of a shared community bus for outings and trips to the shops.
