Refer a resident to an Ingenia Gardens community and receive $500~.
Disclaimer
Ingenia Gardens Refer a friend program is for eligible referrals only.
The new resident (referee) must sign a lease for a minimum of 6 month period at an Ingenia Gardens community.
The referral fee will be paid via electronic bank transfer and will not be processed until the referee has moved into the community.
The referral fee is not valid for family members (unless the referrer is a current Ingenia Gardens resident).
Businesses are entitled to a referral fee and if unable to accept a referral fee, Ingenia Gardens may donate to a charity of the business’ choice or purchase a gift certificate.
The Refer a Friend program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
