Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date – prepayments are refundable (less a $50 administration fee) up until this point. Full fees apply if changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of the arrival date, once the booking has commenced, or if you do not arrive for your booking. The name on the reservation must be the same name as the credit card holder and must be present on check-in. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
