On November 9th, Ingenia Gardens Seascape residents wore their best pink outfits, enjoying a high tea and fashion parade to raise funds for breast cancer, a cause being so close to them.
Ingenia Gardens Seascape resident Margaret Meacham said to Caitlyn from Mandurah Mail, “It was a joy to socialise with other residents while supporting such a worthy cause. I have known quite a few ladies that have been impacted by breast cancer – it affects all ladies, families or friends in some way. There are so many ways you can show your support and build awareness – you don’t know who will be affected by the disease – you could even get it yourself so we need to help wherever we can”.
